I would like to autofill the Owner field based on the Category I choose. Is there a way to do that? If so, please help.

We are using K1000. I have added the categories in the ticket configuration panel but I would like to have the Owner information autofill based on the category that is chosen.

Help Desk
Queue Configuration
Click on Customize Fields and Layout near top of page

you can then assign a default owner for all of your various categories of Help Desk values
