I want to detect if a Graphics hardware is connected prior installing the drivers of that hardware

Is there any registry key from which i can detect if a hardware is connected though its drivers are not yet installed

Thanks,

You should look more at some utility like devcon

it would be difficult but could be done.  You would need to know what it's hardware ID is, as an example "PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6779&SUBSYS_21201028&REV_00
" and locate that under the current control set - device classes.
