I want to create a K1000 scheduled report that will show any computers on the network that have any Disk warnings or errors in the Event viewer. Is that possible?

I know the Event Log Reporter is available in Kace, but how can i consolidate those findings into one report?

  • Just curious, but how often did you set your script to run? I have a need for this exact setup, but whenever I run my scripts, it generates empty log files. - cholton 10 years ago

What you could do is modify the script. Instead of outputting the results to the script directory try dumping to the C drive (doesn't matter where just someplace static). Then remove any references from the task that have to do with uploading or deleting the files. (i think these are steps 2 & 3). Then you can use a custom inventory rule to display the results of the script.
