I want to change service request portal

Where can I do this

  • There does not seem to exist a configuration option that would allow changing that title only for the logos and the welcome screen.

After doing some testing and research the answer is definitively no, there is no way to modify the quick actions message from the webgui, you can only enable or disable them at Service Desk-> Configuration -> User Console Home Page -> Configure User Console Home Page. There, under Display Quick Actions, you can enable or disable the Ticket Quick Action and the Downloads Page Quick Action, but there is no way to modify the message, other than professional services perhaps.
