how to sysprep windows 10 21H2 for deployment?

Hi I am a newbie when it comes to kace SDA for image capturing and deployment, I am recently tasked to make a new windows 10 image for the deployment , now I am not sure what I am doing wrong so please provide me more information on what i should be doing

Here are the major things that I did and can be a possible cause of the problem

-Deleted Microsoft store from the old image

-Updated the image

-Copied the unattend.xml file in the sysprep folder

-Ran Sysprep-OOBE-Genralize-shutdown

-From KACE captured the image

-Set all the pre installation mid installation and post installation tasks

on the kace the image stored says No in sysprepped section

when I deploy it deployment fails

THank you in Advance

Hello Adhakal977,

Assuming K2000 SDA is within your environment, you could navigate to the admin portal on the navigation tabs on the left & select Library > Sysprep Unattend Files.
Click on the Choose action dropdown and 'Download sysprep executor'.

It is a dummy proof tool by Quest for sysprep preparation & execution.
Once successful, you will immediately do network boot after to capture the image.

Hope this might help you out a bit. Cheers!
