Software Deployment

Hi all,
My application needs a service to be started while it is launched. It works fine for an admin user. For a non-admin (test) user, i get an error message : "cannot start service; Access Denied".
Can someone give me a solution 2 this(ie, to start a service in a test user account).
(PS: In the package, the ServiceControl table and the serviceInstall Tables are empty)
