how to solve error:1920
when i try to install bizzdesign architect 3.3.1(codemeter.exe) i get error1920:service codemeter runtimeserver failed to start. verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.
I tried to manually start from services.msc , access denied.

As the error is thrown by Windows Installer there got to be MSI there. Extraxt the MSI from the setup exe.
Try changing the Service StartType to 16 in ServiceInstall table.
Also if the services are been created using INF files(you have to do some R&d on your package), then you should look at this link:
