How to Restrict CC List by Label on K1000

Hi,

From the screenshot below, i underlined Restrict Submitter by Label and Restrict Approver by Label options.

Does Dell Kace have these options for CC List? So i can Restrict CC List by Label

Nothing similar to that as the cc list is based on the need of the ticket or potential need of a person to be involved or on ticket trail.

You would use ticket rules, category cc lists to identify the email address but nothing as simple you listed above. - nshah 10 years ago
You can write emails directly into a SQL ticket rule then alias them and refer to them in the email section of the ticket rule, then when tickets meet criteria you can have the ticket rule fire off emails to those peoples. - Wildwolfay 10 years ago
