How to repackage chatter desktop application

I have a repackaging request for Chatter Desktop application. If Adobe AIR is installed then only Chatter Desktop.air application will install.
Can anyone help me to repackage this application?

This should do it:
AdobeAIRInstaller.exe -silent -eulaAccepted -desktopShortcut "Chatter Desktop.air"
If Adobe AIR isn't already install it will be before the Chatter Desktop application.
