How to remove uninstall password feature from SEPM ?

How to remove uninstall password feature from SEPM while packaging \deploying the software using SCCM ?

IIRC, that is set at the Management Console. There's nothing you can do at the packaging end, other than pass the password on the command line or in your transform. Isn't the default password 'Symantec'?
