I have created a Report Schedule in the K1 and I'd like the Recipient field to be to be pulled from the submitter field on the child process ticket I have identified in he report. How can I best accomplish this?

You can't modify the recipient field on the fly. If you want to send a scheduled email reminder to users that is possible by using a custom ticket rule, however. I would need to know more about where you are storing the training records (tickets, assets, etc.) in order to help.
