How to make Basic UI MSI?

Is there a way to make MSI install with Basic UI (/qb- switch) by default?
I've tried adding UILevel=3 propety in Property Table, but it doesn't seem to work :(

I use ORCA.

It can be done by adding LIMITUI=1 property into property table
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
