How to install feature based on system search

My problem is i want to install a feature based in system search results in installshield admin studio.

How to tell installer to install the particular feature if a specific file is available on machine

Create a system search and save it as PROPERTY, then use that PROPERTY to set condition on your FEATURE.

I tried this method but can you tell the how to set condition for feature since i gave like
level 1 MYPROPERTY

It is not working.
