Software Deployment

Hello,

I'm using Office Ressource Kit (ORK) to create a "Office XP Pro" Package.
I followed each step, but i never been asking to enter the SERIAL NUMBER.

The package is working, in the first use of any software (Work, Excel, Access, ..) I got a popup, asking me the serial number.

I've tried to add a PUBLIC Variable : SERIALNUMBER=XXX-XXX-XXX in the ORK.
But it does not work.

This package is designed to user, and i do not want to communicate the serial number.
Please help me.
