How to get total stalled time of the ticket

Case :

Ticket ID : 1 : Raised in 1st Queue L1, The owner put it multiple times in stalled state and from there in open state. Later same ticket user moved from one queue to another Queue.
Ticket ID : 1: Moved to 2nd Queue L2 : The owner in L2 queue put it in stalled , open multiple time and finally closed the ticket.

Now I need to Know : Total stalled time of L1 and L2 Queue
                                    Total Open Time of L1 and L2 and finally total Resolution Time : Total Time - Total Stalled Time

Is it possible through SQL? I see Data is available
