How to expand the ticket window under (Company Helpdesk-> Tickets) when using it on laptop?
Under company helpdesk (left pane): you see "Tickets | IT Help Desk".
If laptop is docked and we are using monitors, then we are able to see at least 10-12 tickets but when using it on the laptop, we can hardly see 1 ticket, the cursor gets really small. Would appreciate if someone could assist us with that. Its extremely time consuming to scroll each and every ticket. (Monitor use is fine).
