A technician has entered a lot of comments in the notes of the Add Work section. By mistake he puts in 11 hours instead of 1 hour and hits save. Without deleting the entire entry and writing the notes again, how does he correct the time on the ticket? Also another technician nees to edit his notes on a ticket. How is this done?

There isn't a way to change it unless you go and delete the entry and redo it again. It would be the easiest. You could if you are handy with mysql write a ticket rule that would make the change in the DB. That would be the harder method of doing it.
