How to disable tips in Google earth at the time of launch - Repackaging

I want to disable the popup screen after launching the app Google earth, which is showing tips.

i got an idea across this site ,by making changes in HKCU this can be overcome.

can anyone please help me in what to be done . I have edited the MST "1033.MST".
