How to deploy EXE files and Reg files or Bat files through SCCM 2012 ?

I have integrated Flexera Application Manager and SCCM 2012, and have to deploy EXE, Reg, and Bat files as well through SCCM, after importing those files to Application Manager Catalog, but after importing I can't see the option SCCM coming in the drop-down list of Distribution Type, whereas the option is coming when trying to deploy simple MSIs, no idea how to fix the problem, please help. Thanks in advance.

Reg Files

Create package and program with command line REG IMPORT MyReg.reg

Batch Files
