I suggest you use the Citrix Client package setup tool.
See Citrix ICA Client 10 in the Package Knowledge Base.
This should create a transform file to your specifications.
Cheers

I think what the OP meant was how to create MSTs of desktop packages that will work properly on Citrix Servers.
You need to determine from the Citrix Admin/Engineer, how the server is configured.
What drive/folder to install apps?
You also have to be careful, many Citrix servers have various ways of implementing profiles and application compatibility scripts thats needed to make an app work in Terminal server.
Get all the info you need about installing the app on citrix before you can package.
