How to configure Due Date to be manually input by the owner, not user.
I cant seem to determine how to configure the Due_Date to be manually set by the Owner (not user). Under 'Layout Ticket Fields', the Due_Date is 'not required', Permissions = Owners Only - Visible to users.
However, when a new ticket is created and submitted, owners cannot manually put the due date in and the "NONE" radial button remains selected.
Any ideas? Version 6.4
