How to change approval tracking in KACE
Hello all I was wondering what your thoughts are on making this work.
Here is my use case:
Assume ticket 12345 is for a system change that needs to be approved by Bob and Stan before I can proceed. I would like a way for KACE to alert them, give them all the info and be able to approve or deny. The easier they can get the alert with all of the pertinent info and be able to respond the better.
I am thinking something like open a ticket, have the ticket email the users, they can respond to the email with @approve or @deny and it gets updated and informs me.
Am I crazy for thinking this?
