How to automate app-v applications import process into App-V Management console
Hi App-V gurus, how to automate App-v applications import process into App-V Management console? I am trying to see if there is a (vbscript) scriptable API for importing a large number of App-V packages into App-V server. I saw some App-V client side scripting using sfttray and sftmime, but on server side I could not find any!

Try SFTImport.

Haven't looked at it in a while but it looks like they have modified it to support 4.5 schema changes in the management server db.

App-V management backend doesn't support any scripting / APIs so your best bet is to use tool Kevin mentions. It does the work directly against database, which, btw, is not that complicated to learn if you want to write your own custom application to do the same. Just not with scripting, unfortunately.
