like best practice suggest in the KACE user guide.
I have manually installed an new hot fix software for testing purpose on one server.
i waited for the kace agents to do it's inventory check which worked fine and it updated the Device\software\installed programs.
from the device\software\installed programs i have clicked on my hotfix software which normally bring me to my hotfix Software Details.
so far, everything is fine.
i can update the Notes, Supported Operating Systems and Upload and Associate File:
I have uploaded my file.
my question: Is there a way to include my custom inventory rule from the agent software detection or i must create from scratch a software.
because at this point there is no option to add inventory rules??
i would appreciate some help on understanding this best practice??
