How to Add CC list in a specifice Role for helpdesk

i have removed the CC list in the role for users who are creating ticket as per the company policy. but meanwhine we require some users to have CC list while they are creating ticket. if i tick on the CC list from ques in helpdesk configuraton , it will appear for all user. i have created another roll for those user's whom shall have CC list , but how can i apply this CC list to be visible for a them only who are in this role. i mean is there any way i can apply CC list to be visibale for a specific role.

will appreciate if any one can support me in regard.

You could create a custom ticket rule that adds a CC list based on a submitter belonging to a specific label. Roles isn't really related here; that just defines whether or noth a particular user has access to a specific Tab in the UI.
