How to add a 'special character' folder in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\.# in msi. Please can any one help me out for this solution.

Its very simple, create a custom action to run the following command

cmd /c mkdir "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\.#"

or you can use the similar command in the Batch file.

I believe he encounter this special character in operating system with non-english MUI installed.
