how much disk space is required on sequencing machine for both C: and Q: drives?

Depend on the application you are capturing and also whether you are doing MNT/VFS type. So in short in vary from application to application.

Q: drive is a virtual drive and is actually part of C: Drive only.. so you will see the same amount of free space in Q: as in C:
