How do you make a website that allows a choice of Templates
I want to create a website from scratch
I want create a website about "how to install\upgrade software or how to do things"
I want the website to allow a certain amount of photo sizes (eh etc - maybe not important here)
I want the website to "Most Importantly" allow for dynamic views dependent on the pull down menu selection (I am thinking switches here)
I want to use Swift for all the front end (I know Swift is for "Apps" but I've read some sites are using for site development)
What platform starts it all, that allows me to create a website that would allow a user to:
select new, select a certain template, select add to previously already created page and or new page (topic) entirely
Back End Software Choice Would be(Which Free SQL)?
ManInThe Middle Software Choice Would be (Python or PHP)?
Front End Software Choice Would be (hoping Swift)?
Is this too big for one person?

All of these questions cannot be answered unfortunately.
You can choose from all you want and if you ask people you will get millions of answers which are all different.

I would not use a Front End if not nessesary but a web front end because this is easier to change if the vendor of your OS decides to change anything which interferes with your solution.

Thanks for an answer Nico.. Yeah I figured it was tons to throw out there and gosh I vaguely remember XAMPP when it was first starting and provided a few fixes to there bugs hmmm, what a circle I find my self in lol.
