how do you fix broken agents

Hi 

In my  network I could see many agents are broken and doesnt communicate for months,

some amp.conf file are empty of or incorrect.

how to fix broken agents when numbers are increasing day by day?

run a GPO.
run c:\program files (x86)\dell\kace\amptools.exe -resetconf host=xxxx

Which version of the appliance and agents do you run since I did not see this behavior since the 6.4 changed the amp.conf behaviour

  • we have ver 7.0 on most of the machines..

    can we run gpo on set of machines? instead of all machines - rahimpal 7 years ago
