How do I get Ubuntu Desktop GUI set up from a scripted installation?

Hello,

I've recently configured a scripted install of Ubuntu 18.04 on a K2000.

I'm able to deploy it to a machine, however I don't get a GUI.

I'm using nearly an Identical preseed file to the one that was provided in the linked article below.

I'm guessing I need to make a change to my preseed file? I'm really lost and any help would be appreciated.

If you are using KACE SDA version 7.2.x , create a new Ubuntu Scripted install (it needs to be an amd64 server iso -NON LIVE-), and the wizard will ask you if you want a Dekstop or not.
