How do I capture a web plugin or activeX plugin?

I am trying to capture the install of a documentum administrator ucf plugin install.

If you really want to capture it, you'll have to use the Recapture tool in AdminStudio, or a similar tool.  However, it would be best to alter your security parameters to allow the users to install plugins from trusted sites.
