How can you add fields to the Work tab?

Currently, in our KACE system we have multiple tabs for tracking information i.e. Comments, History of the ticket, and Work.

What I would like to do is add fields to the Work tab but, I can't seem to find if that is possible as well as how to go about adding to the tab. Below is what I have now.

I would like to add Estimated Hours as well as completed Hours.

Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add more fields to the work tab at this time.

    The purpose of the work tab is to capture the effort expended on a ticket, I would suggest if you want to include estimated times in the ticket, then create a section in the ticket using custom fields and set the appearance behaviour from the template. - Hobbsy 2 days ago
