how can i make a msi for multiple installations for basic msi projetcs?

Dear guys,
we have one requirement i.e. after installation when click on setup.exe , we want to install the setup in another installation directory i.s multi instance . is it possible? and one thing is setup should be visible in Add/Remove Programs on target machine...
