K1000 How can I change how soon I am automatically logged out of KACE ticketing system?
Our KACE ticketing system logs me out ofter, say..... every 10 minutes. Is there a settings section or management console where I can change this?

Settings -> General Settings -> Session Timeout
(that's in 5.3.x)

10 minutes is weird. The lowest you can go is 30 minutes. Something else maybe going on. - nshah 10 years ago

10 minutes is odd. If there are other browser tabs that are open that also have a timeout/logout feature running, those can log you out of the K1000 as well. When I often encounter this, it is because I have numerous K1000 tabs open and neglect one for too long. - ShawnCarson 10 years ago
