hi I have extracted the msi from adobe reader.exe 10 to create msi and did it but i was unable to provide repair option in arp

tried by giving property arprepair=0

I suggest you read the documentation on deploying Reader. You haven't mentioned the Adobe customisation utility for starters! You need that to create the MST for the MSI which, by default, has the public property ARPNOREPAIR set to '1', i.e. "Don't allow ARP repair functionality".
