hi i am using wrapper.

hi using wrapper for application packaging in my project. just want to know how to use wrappers? do they use vb scripting?

You can use MSI to be a wrapper for an exe installation. Copy the exe to a temp folder and write a custom action to install it from there. Execute Program from Installed Files CA can be used.

Write a the switches for it in the commandline option.

VBScript can also be used to install setup.exe or MSI. But it is generally not called a wrapper.

You can use pretty much anything to be a wrapper.  It's simply a block of code that calls your setup, runs it, and does pre-and post-install configuration.  VBScript works, using an MSI and custom actions works.  Heck, if you want to use c## or Perl for a wrapper, have at it.  As for your first question, check out Google.  There are a lot of posts that already answer that question.
