Hi All, my K1000s crashed, i had to manual power it off as it was unresponsive. Kace will not boot, cant find kernel, error while including /boot.menu.rc in the line menu-display is shown. what can I do to resolve this issue?

  • Hi, I'd recommend you submit a support ticket. That being said, next time you have an issue like this please avoid power cycling the appliance even if it is unresponsive. When that happens contact support right away. https://support.quest.com/create-service-request
