Hey IT Ninja, wouldn't it be nice to group these questions and answers by product VERSION?!?!?
I do my best to help others, but also look for answers to issues I have. The problem is that no one seems to indicate what version of a specific appliance they are using. Couldn't you possible make that part of asking a question?! Like, what product and what version?

Not all questions involve an appliance. However, it is normal for posters to forget to indicate what operating system they are using, what error messages they received, what their actual question is, and lots of other items of information that would be really helpful when trying to diagnose an issue. The forum audience is made up of people of widely varying competence and many for whom English is not a first language. So we will just have to put up with it and carry on as normal.
