Helpdesk: Submitter and User Information

Got an easy question.

I know that he submitter id and full name comes from user's id and display name. Is relatlively safe to say that the other user fields can be used as submitter fields as well? Like Location and/or home phone, for example.

You can use custom ticket rules to map user information to custom ticket fields. Is that what you're referring to?

Right now the popup window is great, but it doesn't help with ticket print outs. So we had to create drop-down menus to show for locations and departments. At some point we are going to have to change that so when a submitter is selected those fields will auto populate with the user's department and location information.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
