HelpDesk indicate required fields in ticket
If we define a field in Help Desk view of a ticket as required, is their any way to have the (required) or an asterix * display to indicate which fields are required on close?

Landho, I would encourage you to submit Feature Request tickets to KACE, as Gerald has suggested, whenever you want the KBOX to do something that it currently cannot. I have also wondered why there is not (required on close) next to this type of field. I'm going to submit a Feature Request ticket for this, as the more people that "vote" for a feature, the faster it gets implemented into the product.
