According to Microsoft, seeing this in your Windows Installer log file is nothing to worry about: "These errors are debug messages and can be ignored if you did not receive an error message during setup"
OFF2000: Error Message Log File Always Contains "Internal Error 2898: Please Contact Product Support for Assistance
