The other option is to import the table structure from a text file. Windows Installer databases allow importing and exporting of tables. The exported data is basically a tab-delimited text file. The first two lines define the table schema while the remaining lines (if any) contain the data.
This error may occur when the text file being imported does not properly define the schema.
