Help with MSI (Microsoft Installer) error 1309: Error attempting to open the source file: [3]. System error code: [2]

In the file MSI packed into the inner CAB, before it was made by the admin installation. When you install the MSI will "error 1309". It is caused due to the fact that in the Summary Information > Image Type > Admin > "Admin External", change to the Compressed and it will work.
