Im having a problem. I have made an mst file to this orginal msi file. Everything works ok!! It's just when I install the application it runs a registry entry at the end. This entry creates a shortcut on the desktop and it's also creates some folders under program.
How do i figure out which component its running????

Just to clarify your question...do you not want it to make the shortcut? or folders?
I don't think it would be a registry key that is generating these items, but you would find them in the shortcuts area of the .msi (or .mst for your situation).
