VBScript runs on OnPostActivate but not when run manually

Have a VB Script to run on OnPostActivate however it will not run BUT when you run it manually it runs in correct manner.  VB Scritp is in C\Program Files\SASHome  and also Regedit .  Am using Windows 7 with SWV can anyone assist please
