Handy Request Template
I want to update two link fields in a handy request template in a parent IT Request. But because some fields are required, when I save the changes, system prompts me to update required fields, which need to be left blank.
Is there a way around this, or do I need to re-create the template?

You will have to update the fields to make them not required. If they need to be required on the parent ticket it is possible to create a rule that will check to see if the ticket is a parent and if those fields aren't filled in you can notify the technician that they need to enter that information.
