Software Deployment

Does anyone have any experience, hints, or tips for packaging this product? Best I have been able to do so far is a setup capture, but it is very stringant on wanting to use the Current User profile in registry and file/directory structure. I am going to try a per user installation compile next, but I am finding this application to be very tricky. For one it wants AutoCAD 2008 installed, which I can live with, but it also require that it has been opened once on the machine which becomes more of a hassle trying to bundle it together. Just wondering if anyone may have run into the task of trying to package this wonderful app. GTX tech support did not seem to knowledgable about packaging or mass deployment of their product unfortunately.
