GPO

We had an outside consultant setup a default policy that we apply to all of our labs here at the school I work for. I am somewhat new to AD and GPO, but can make my way around pretty good now. My problem is that when a student uses a jump drive and tries to remove it safely, it restricts them from this. I have taced this issue down to the user policy, but I have went in and changed and disabled all policies that have anything to do with the taskbar and still no luck. Does anyone have any idea where this could be coming from? No other policy set makes me think it should have anything to do with this restriction. Thank you in advance for any help.
