Go directly to a Service Desk queue based on DNS Name
So, we are thinking about utilizing the service desk so that different departments can have queues for special functions. I do not want the employees to be confused when they login to send in am IT Help Desk ticket vs a Customer Service call ticket. Is it possible on the K1000 make going to helpdesk.myco.com go to the IT Helpdesk queue and service.myco.com go to the Customer Service queue automatically?
I do not mind Admins having to select queues because they should know what to do.
