Hi Everyone:
I'm trying to use the K1000 to generate a report on how long, on average, it takes to close a ticket from the time it's opened.  I'd like to do this for the last year and then maybe for the previous year to see if there's been any change.
I'm not sure how to build a report like this from the ground up and I looked at the pre-made reports and none of them seem ti fit my needs.
I'd just as soon not reinvent the wheel, so if any has done this in the past and can give me some pointers I'd greatly appreciate it.
